Giri choco?

[This is kind of like his birthday, in which he'd never received anything from people before. Hell he didn't even really have friends TO get giri choco from. So getting some from Chiaki?

It's actually pretty shocking. This is a lot different from his birthday in that regard, because a birthday gift is almost just a polite thing to do. He could write those gifts off as "doing the right thing", but this...?]

[After that statement is snapped out, even though it sounds like he's refusing her offer, he thrusts a hand out with his palm up. He's decidedly looking away from her, cheeks a bright red.]

Creatures like myself have no interest in these mortal holidays. I have no need for friends, and therefor these gestures are a waste of time...however, it is not your fault that you are misinformed on this matter. I will accept this offering in light of that and respect the money you put towards it.
